Ray successfully worked as an installer for the big guys for many years and achieved the experience needed to be a professional. The personal attention was missing and cutting corners happened occasionally. Therefore, Ray and Barb started their own company so they could work personally with each customer. RH Flooring is a family run business and has been successfully installing and refinishing floors since 2004.

Ray and Barb live in Delaware with their son and daughter. They are active in their church and community and always willing to help. The dogs and rescued cats are also part of the family. You will find Ray fishing, hiking or playing darts with his league when he is not installing your floors.
